Server Guard (Anti-Nuke)

Anti-nuke protection that stops mass bans, channel wipes and role attacks on your Discord server.

Overview

A single compromised admin or rogue moderator can wipe a Discord server in minutes. Server Guard watches sensitive audit events — mass bans and kicks, channel and role deletions, permission escalations, @everyone abuse — and when someone exceeds safe limits, it steps in, stops the actor and logs everything.

How it works

1

Audit-event limits

Each sensitive action type has a rolling per-actor limit. Guard watches ban/kick, channel create/delete, role delete, dangerous role changes and guild updates.
2

Automatic intervention

When an actor crosses a limit, Guard blocks further damage — stripping or removing the offender — and can restore what was deleted where possible.
3

Full audit trail

Every blocked event is recorded with the actor, action and limit, so you can review exactly what happened and who tried it.

Key capabilities

Mass ban / kick protection
Channel create & delete protection
Role delete and dangerous-role protection
Role escalation & @everyone abuse detection
Guild-update (name/icon/vanity) protection
Detailed blocked-event audit logs

Setup

1.Open the dashboard, go to the Guard tab and enable it.
2.Set a log channel so every intervention is visible.
3.Add trusted roles for the people who legitimately perform bulk administration.
4.Adjust the per-minute limits to match how your staff actually works.

How it works in detail

What it watches

Guard tracks destructive administrative actions per minute: bans, kicks, channel creations and deletions, role deletions and server updates. Crossing a limit is treated as an incident rather than routine work.

Automatic reversal

Deleted channels and roles are recreated, server updates are reverted and permission escalations are undone. The point is that a compromised account cannot make lasting changes faster than Guard can put them back.

Trusted roles and panic mode

Trusted roles are exempt, so a genuine administrator doing genuine cleanup is not fought. Panic mode locks things down when something is clearly going wrong and you want everything stopped rather than rate-limited.

Dangerous roles and mass mentions

Creating a role with dangerous permissions and assigning it is one of the fastest routes to taking over a server, so it is blocked separately. Mass @everyone mentions are handled the same way.

Good to know

Guard needs high-level permissions to reverse actions — it can only restore what Sylon itself is allowed to create.
Reversal relies on the audit log, so Sylon needs View Audit Log to attribute an action to an account.
Limits are per minute, so a slow deliberate change by one admin will not trigger anything.

Frequently asked questions

What is a 'nuke'?

A rapid destructive attack — mass-deleting channels, mass-banning members or handing out admin roles — usually from a compromised or malicious staff account.

Does it protect against insiders?

Yes. Guard limits actions per actor regardless of their role, so even a trusted admin can't exceed the safe threshold.

Can it undo damage?

Where Discord allows it, Guard can restore deleted channels/roles and always logs the event for manual recovery.
