Setup

1.Open the dashboard, go to the Auto Role tab and enable it.

2.Pick one or more roles to grant.

3.Choose whether the roles are granted on every join, or only the very first time.

How it works in detail

What it grants

Every selected role is applied the moment a member joins — there is no delay and nothing else to trigger it.

Join-only versus every join

With join-only on, a returning member who already has history in the server does not get the roles reassigned automatically; with it off, every join reapplies them regardless of past membership.

Where it fits with other systems

Auto Role only adds roles on join. Level-based reward roles are a separate mechanism under Leveling, and invite-count reward roles are separate again under the invite tracker — each system manages its own set of roles independently.

Good to know

Sylon needs Manage Roles, and every granted role must sit below Sylon in the role hierarchy or it will be skipped.

Roles are granted directly — there is no button or reaction for the member to accept.
